Timeline:
• Processing orders takes 2–5 business days
• Delivery varies by carrier (example: USPS, UPS, or FedEx) and may take 5–10
business days domestically, longer during holiday seasons or unexpected carrier delays


Holiday Season Disclaimer:
 • Due to the Christmas shipping season and high demand, carriers including USPS and UPS may experience delays.
We ask that you exercise patience with the process as we pray your package reaches you safely and swiftly.


Tracking:
• Tracking numbers will be sent via email once generated 
• If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim. (Examples: USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

We are not responsible for:
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
• Stolen or lost packages after confirmed delivery
• Incorrect address entries by the customer*

*Please note that if you enter an incorrect shipping address at checkout and the package is returned to us because of the incorrect shipping address, the shipping cost to resend the package to the correct address will be charged to the customer.*
