To request a refund or replacement :

If you would like to request a refund, please log into your account. You can click "ACCOUNT" in the lower left corner of our website.

Items being returned must be new, in sellable condition, and accompanied by the return authorization. You would be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item(s) you received were damaged in transit, defective, or are different than what appears on your original order confirmation.
